Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your wind spinner without unnecessary delays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep it to a minimum.

Shipping Time

The delivery of products that are movable items by the carrier takes place within the period declared by the carrier, which is 2 to 5 business days from the moment of sending the shipment.

Please note: Delivery takes place only on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

In most cases, your order should arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status at any time.
