Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to return a product, here’s everything you need to know.

Right to Withdraw

If you’re a Consumer (or an entity referred to in § 10 of our Terms and Conditions), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product — no explanation needed.

To exercise this right, simply inform us with a clear statement (for example, by email). You can also use the model withdrawal form we provide.

Where to Send Returns

You must return the product without delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

Please note: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard one).

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you provide proof of having sent it – whichever comes first. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

Product Handling

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning – similar to how you would check it in a physical store.

Exceptions – When You Can’t Return a Product

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

custom-made or personalized products created based on your individual choice,
sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened,
goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
